Automatic Helium Leak Test Equipment for Pressure Sensor Core 1.0E-8Pa.m3/sec
HongCe designed and manuafactured the helium leak test system for pressure sensor core, the leak detection accuracy is up to 1.0E-8Pa.m3/sec, the test cycle is 10s/pc, and can be up to 5s/pc. This test system has two test stations,each workstations can test 2 workpieces simultaneously, with smart and humanized system will give out judgment results: gross leak, fine leak, OK. Except the automatical leak detection function, also have the function of production statistics. High precision, easy operation and fast test cycel make our helium leak test system is widely adopted by pressure sensor core manufacturers.

Basic working priciple:
According to the basic leak detection principle of helium, the workpiece is divided into two separate sealed cavities by means of fixture: helium filling chamber and leak detection chamber, use helium as the tracer gas, helium filled into the helium chamber, and then detect the leak within the helium signal through the helium leak detector, can quickly and accurately determine the leakage accuracy of the workpiece .
1. Loading the workpiece;
Manually load the workpieces in each work station
2. Gross leakage detection;
The test system will automatically judge the gross leakage results, if gross leak, alarm light is on, and the test process for the relative workpiece will be stopped, operator needs to manually take out the relative workpiece and change a new one. If no gross leak, test system will carry on the next process automatically.
3. Fill into helium and detect fine leakage;
Systell will automatically fill into the helium as required, and detect the fine leakage, give out OK or NOK test result.
4. Unloading the workpiece;
Manully unloading the workpiece.
5. Other automated processes.
