(1) The machine type is in-line, includes 8workingstations with cycle time of 8sec pertest piece.
(2) Grease mixing and leak testing for cartridge shallbe automatically completed. OK and NOK parts can be distinguished. OK parts shall be marked automatically andunloaded for packing manually. NOK parts shall be unloaded and placed in thedefective box. Mistakes of the operator are limited.
(3) The machine operation shall be automatically controlledby PLC with high efficiency, high stability and easy operation so as to improvetesting quality and lower human cost.
(4) Astandard leak is applied to the machine as a calibration base which iscertified by Measurement Laboratory of State.
(5) A pressure stability device is built to themachine to get a Stable measurement.
(6) A servo motor with torquecontrol function are used to ensure the Maximum torque andpositioning during test.
(7) There is a blowout channel in the machine toeliminate the dirt from the valve.
(8) There is an automatic marking function in themachine to ensure the good parts are marked.
(9) The leak testing method of evacuation combined withpressurization ensures the false measurement rate to be lower than 2%.
(10) Machine specially designed ventilationpipelines would not be affected by grease mixture and foreign matter.
The machine totally includes 8test stations with the same testing procedure, and can be operated by one operator.
Step 1: manually loading & unloading, one test product each time. (4sec.)
Step 2: mix grease, press, turn, open & close the cartridge. originally check the cartridge to ensure lower rate of false measurement (10sec.)
Firstly, quickly and repeatedly switch the test cartridge to mix grease fully, during the cartridge switching, purge clean & dry gas to cold chamber, hot chamber and exit chamber to ensure every chamber clean.
Secondly, check if grease is mixed completely and each chamber is switched to right position, ensure the same condition of each test piece.
