IEC 60529 IPX1-IPX8 Integrated Waterproof Test System 1000L Stainless Steel

When laboratories and certification teams plan for enclosure testing, the hardest part is rarely the test itself — it is the number of separate rigs traditionally required to cover IPX1 through IPX8. This integrated IPX1-IPX8 waterproof test system was developed by our engineering team after years of field feedback from test houses and manufacturers, and it brings vertical drip, oscillating tube, spray nozzle, hose jet and immersion functions into a single 1000L chamber. Instead of moving samples between machines, technicians can run an entire waterproof test sequence on one platform.

The system is designed and manufactured in accordance with IEC 60529:2013 (Degrees of protection provided by enclosures) and supports the clause 15 requirements of IEC 60335-1 where relevant. Every water circuit, flow rate and drip geometry is checked against the standard before the unit leaves our facility. Flow, pressure, oscillation angle and dwell time are controlled through a PLC and a 7-inch color touch screen, so operators can store and repeat test programs rather than re-adjusting pipework each time.
