Refrigerant reaching the charging head is rarely as clean as when it left the cylinder. Compressor oil, brazing residue, moisture, and fine particles travel with the gas, causing slow drift in delivered charge, sticking valves, and unexpected downtime. The HongCe HC-RF-S1 addresses contamination as an integral part of the charging process rather than a separate cleaning step.
Compressor oil is separated from the refrigerant stream before the gas is weighed. This upstream oil removal protects the metering valve and ensures the delivered quantity accurately represents the refrigerant itself—critical when charge accuracy is specified to a fraction of a gram.
A replaceable filter element captures fine particles and prevents moisture from entering the charging circuit. Located behind a front panel, the filter can be changed during normal maintenance without disturbing the machine. Filter condition is displayed on the HMI, enabling planned maintenance rather than reactive repairs.

This station is ideal for commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning production, compressor final assembly, and high-volume service workshops where multiple units are charged daily and charge cleanliness directly impacts warranty returns.
HongCe provides charging recipes, on-site commissioning, and operator training with each system. Filter elements and oil-separation service parts are available as consumables kits, and our engineers help establish maintenance intervals based on your production volume.
Replacement frequency depends on production volume and gas quality. The HMI tracks usage, and our engineers will recommend an appropriate interval for your production line.
No. Oil is removed upstream of the weighing step, ensuring the measured quantity represents the refrigerant itself without accuracy compromise.
Tell us which refrigerants you use and your required charging quantities, and we will propose a customized filtration and separation configuration optimized for your process.
