As refrigeration production lines accelerate, single-station charging machines become a bottleneck. The solution is to parallelize the process: while one product is being charged, others are being evacuated, weighed, or transferred.

The HongCe Four Station Rotary Turntable Charging Machine implements this parallel architecture. Products index through four stations where evacuation and charging operations are distributed across the cycle. Each station is equipped with its own vacuum and charging capability, while a central PLC coordinates the sequence, reads product barcodes, and records charge data. The result is a compact, high-throughput charging cell that integrates directly into automated production lines.
