WPT-14 is a full-featured, high-precision comprehensive performance test system for water pumps, designed for testing pump equipment in the R&D, production, and inspection stages. It supports automated testing under high pressure, variable flow, constant speed/variable speed, and multi-media conditions, covering a wide range of industrial application scenarios. ♦High-precision testing and intelligent control: High-precision sensors and intelligent measurement and control systems are used to achieve accurate measurement of key parameters such as pressure (±0.2% FS), flow (±0.5% FS), and efficiency (±0.5%). The 12-inch touch screen supports one-touch test scheme setting, and the PLC-linked servo motor accurately adjusts the speed to ensure the reliability of the test data.
♦Multi-dimensional testing capabilities: In addition to conventional performance tests (head-flow curve, shaft power-efficiency curve, cavitation margin), it also supports synchronous monitoring of indicators such as vibration (resolution 0.1m/s²), noise (accuracy ±1dB), seal leakage, and bearing temperature rise to comprehensively evaluate the operating stability of the pump.
♦Flexible and adaptable design: The quick-change fixture (DN50-DN600 flange interface) is compatible with various pump types such as horizontal, vertical, and submersible pumps. The optional vacuum system simulates the working conditions of deep well pumps, and supports tests of various media such as clean water, sewage, and oil to meet the needs of different industries.
♦Data traceability and intelligent management: Built-in 256GB storage space, automatically generates various test curves and reports, supports USB/Ethernet export and host computer software analysis. Real-time display of SPC statistical charts, automatic marking and alarm of abnormal data, in line with ISO 9001 quality traceability requirements.
