Application: This device is used for household and similar purpose fixed electrical appliance switch, plug and socket, coupler for on-off ability, breaking capacity and normal operation life test.

Feature: This device is with blue framework and gray cover. The top of this apparatus is the operation control panel on which there are switches for controlling power supply, for the electric capacity conversion and for the load type conversion. There are also the displaying meters of connecting current and voltage as well as power, the buttons of start and stop, alarm, the status indicator light and so on. Below are the according knobs for output voltage adjustment, for current adjustment and for inductance adjustment. There are three stations, each station has the function of resistive, inductive and capacitive Load test. The kind of load test can be chosen by the transferring switch. The load box inside is cooled by the strong wind convection. There are terminals below the load box through which the load box can be connected with the switch and plug-socket endurance tester using the wire. During the process of test, the equipment outputs the current and voltage as well as power.

Precautions
A,Due to the larger capacity of the machine, it requires a separate power connection, please do not share the same power with other device. You’d better install a range of current 60A leakage protection switch.
B,The power supply of the load box is single phase with ground wire AC220 / 60Hz.
C,Due to the voltage between the contacts of each sample can be achieved AC300Vand current can up to 30A, therefore, non-operator cannot touch the samples(switches) during the test, do prevent personal safety (shock).Please disconnect the main power switch when replacing the samples.
D,This unit generates huge heat, the top of the load cabinet has cooling fan, please do not place the debris there, in order to keep cooling fan work normally.
E,When the display value on “TEST TIMES” reaches the preset number of trials, it alarms and prompts test is complete, please press “RST” on “TEST TIMES” to clear the alarm.
