Product presentation of IEC Test Equipment:
Low temperature bending tester is a device used to test the dynamic bending performance of wire and cable at low temperature. The equipment is mainly composed of low temperature thermostat, winding device and material testing system. It is suitable for circular wire and cable with outer diameter less than or equal to 12.5mm or circular insulated wire core, as well as flat wire and cable with short sleeve size less than or equal to 20mm or fan insulated wire core that cannot be made into dumbbell pieces.

Application of IEC Testing Equipment:
This test is intended for performing bending tests at low temperature on extruded insulations and sheaths.
Test sample of Cold Bend Test Apparatus:
For tests on the insulation, the test is intended for insulated conductors of circular cross-section having an external diameter up to and including 12,5 mm and for sector-shaped cores where it is not possible to prepare dumb-bells.
For tests on sheaths, the test is intended for cables with an overall diameter up to and including 12,5 mm; and for flat cables, with a major axis dimension up to and including 12,5 mm.
Matters need attention of IEC Test Equipment:
1.Ensure that the testing machine is kept at a low temperature during testing to avoid thermal effects on the material.
2.During the testing process, it is necessary to use the appropriate fixture and sample to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test results.
