HongCe Ultra Low Temperature Test Chamber provides a programmable test environment from -70°C to +150°C using a two-stage cascade refrigeration system. The 150L chamber is designed for cold resistance testing, low-temperature storage evaluation, and extreme cold condition simulation of electronic components, automotive parts, new energy battery materials, and scientific research samples.
The cascade refrigeration design delivers stable deep-low-temperature performance down to -70°C, meeting the requirements of IEC 60068-2-1 Test A cold testing with reliable long-term operation.
Products intended for cold regions, high-altitude environments, or winter operation must be verified at temperatures far below standard laboratory conditions. A single-stage refrigeration system struggles to maintain stable performance below approximately -40°C, which is why deep low temperature testing requires a cascade design.
The HongCe Ultra Low Temperature Test Chamber uses a two-stage cascade refrigeration circuit in which R404A and R23 work in separate loops connected by a cascade condenser. This architecture allows the chamber to reach and hold -70°C with temperature fluctuation of ±0.5°C, providing a dependable platform for ultra-low-temperature testing and material evaluation.
