We have uploaded several new products on our website, and our designers and engineers are working on designing a new model horizontal and vertical flame test apparatus, some main technical parameters as below:

Main structure:

Electric control system	Touchscreen + PLC + stepper motor
Mechanical automatic regulation system	Bunsen burner three axis direction movable, implementation forward backward, left and right, up and down, automatic positioning Bunsen burner angle automatic adjustment
Flame regulating system	Automatic ignition Manually preset the air convection position and the gas limit of the Bunsen burner enter the specified gas flow value, can adjust the flame height
Automatic temperature measuring system	Automatic starting temperature measurement system after the Bunsen burner arrived preset temperature measurement position. System start timing when temperature reach 100℃, and stop timing when temperature reach 700℃. Automatically save the heating time.
Automatic flame tracking and automatic timing system	using UV detector to track the flame afterflame timer start if there is afterflame, when afterflame extinct, afterflame timer stop, afterglow timer start. When temperature cooling to a certain value, afterglow timer stop automatically.
Data display and storage system	Test data stored in the touchscreen, test data can export to a U disk.

The horizontal vertical burning test instrument control system automation degree is high, the measurement precision is high. The test data is more accurate, and the error caused by the misoperation can be avoided.
