The water-proof testing equipment is manufactured in accordance with the standard of Clause IEC60529 IPX1 to IPX8 testing purpose.
The machine is provided with standard test program, which is available to be selected for testing purpose without any presetting. There is also provided with user-defined program, the test parameters can be defined in compliance with deferent test standard. The loading platform can be inclined 15° to meet with IPX2 inclined testing requirement.

1. Vertical Drip Rain Testing Machine DP-1
This test device is to verify Protection against Vertically Falling Water Drops. It is designed and manufactured in accordance with the standard requirement of IEC60529 clause IPX1 and IPX2.
The rise and fall of the drip box is controlled by the motor. It is equipped with the rotatable objective table whose rotating speed is 1r/min for IPX1 test; It is also equipped with 15°bevel for supporting sample for the IPX2 test.

2. Oscillating Tube Tester for IPX3 and IPX4 SSW-1
Oscillating tube tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the standard requirement of IEC60529 IPX3 and IPX4. It is used for the waterproof test of the electrical equipment.
The oscillating tube part of this device is controlled by adjustable-speed motor and crank-link mechanism. This device is reciprocating swing from the place of ±60°to another one of ±175°with the speed required by the standard through machine adjusting angle.
The angle adjustment is accurate. The structure is stable and durable. It is equipped with rotating stage through which the rotating of 90°can be achieved. It is also equipped with clean water filtration unit to prevent the pinhole from jamming.

5. Smart Water Supply And Control System WCS-1
The smart water supply and control system is designed and manufactured in accordance with the standard requirement of IEC60529 IPX1~IPX8 and related requirement of IEC 60598. It is used for waterproof test of the electric appliance, such as the luminaires.
1. The smart water supply and control system is applicable to:
(a) Water supply for IPX1~IPX6 waterproof test
(b) IPX7 water immersion test
(c) Water storage for IPX8 water tightness test
(d) Automatic control for the whole waterproof equipment
2. Water supply method: constant temperture water supply, constant flow water supply, constant pressure water supply
3. Water supply control process: After user preset the water temperature value, water flow value and water pressure value on the touch screen, the temperature control system, electronic meters or digital pressure gauge real-time monitor the current values, read the values into PLC through the data conversion, then automatically adjust the rotational speed of pump through the frequency converter.
